This is just the power washer I needed. I'm a 70+ year old female that still likes to do all that I can and didn't want the big and bulky gas version that I had to have maintained. I did the majority of the trim on my house, all of the storage shed and the concrete porch myself. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use bleach in the unit so I had to use my pump sprayer. Other than these two items it did the job for me.
