It is an aggravation to set up, haul around, and take down. BUT, the job it does is well worth the trouble. I do wish it had an improved reach to 2nd story eaves # windows.
Got tired of the old 13 year old gas power washer so I donated it to The Salvation Army. Up pops this Sun Joe on sale so I bought it. Turns out it is real hard working unit. I have been using it to prepare my fence for staining by cleaning prior to stain application. It has been fantastic...every bit as good as the gas unit except it's quieter and easier to set up. It's a very capable unit. Only thing I need is a water hose extension.
This pressure washer was everything it was advertised to be. We mostly used it to prepare our house for painting. We had several types of surfaces (wood, asbestos shingles, plywood) and it was great on all. I even did a test patch of driveway cleaning (not done for 21 yrs. we've lived here!) and it was awesome (my husband agrees).
The product performs as advertised, only negative I would mention is that upon delivery there was a small piece of plastic rattling around in the case. It was diagnosed correctly but this seems to be a common thing. I would suggest repairing this manufacturing flaw.
Poor assembly directions. Would be 5 stars if detergent wells worked. Good pressure and length of hose. Spinning brush attachment is a must if you have a patio!
Meets all expectations and the variety of sprayers are what I really liked...As far as the hose connectors breaking as I have seen in online reviews ,this has not been the case with my machine...
