This was actually bought for my wife. She tells me it is easy for her to handle physically, simple to operate, but very powerful. We gave it a thorough test. We pressure washed the deck, patio furniture, and concrete before painting. We were able to remove mold and mildew with plain water pressure.

Definitely not the same as a gas Pressure Washer

It was a little tricky getting it started the first time...follow the exact instructions, don't try taking any shortcuts. It does an okay job, we have a large patio and it's covered with tile and it probably took me an hour instead of 15 minutes w/my old gas one but here's the huge difference. I can start this one by myself, I don't have to go buy gas for it and it does the job....it'll just take you longer.
