Great pressure washer for my needs

This washer has enough power to tackle most if not all chores I throw at it. I really don't have any complaints as far as the performance go. However the first one i've purchased lasted only for one season. When i pulled it out from my basement this spring, and started it up, it started as usual but I noticed after I released the trigger to take a break from washing, it would not always restart. Sometimes it acted like it was totally dead. I also noticed that unplugging and replugging the power adaptor didn't help. The only thing that helped to bring it back to life was to lift the whole unit up a bit and gently bang it to the ground. I am not sure what the problem was (maybe a loose electrical connection inside the machine or some other problem with the motor), but it was still under warranty and SunJoe shipped me a new one in no time without any hustles. So thumbs up for the excellent customer service, and because of that, and because i am happy with the tool's overall performance I am not reducing any stars.

I love this machine - it is light, powerful, easy to use, easy to assemble and does a fantastic job on cars, moldy patios, house walls. I had a prior gas powered power washer that was loud, smelly and constantly breaking down. Never again. Thanks Sun Joe!

During stay at home orders from our local government due to COVID I was going out of mind with boredom and decided to order a power washer since the weather was warming up and I was reluctant to hire a contractor during the pandemic. I am a woman and have never used a power washer so I did a good bit of research and this power washer repeatedly showed us as a top rated residential product from various sources so I decided to order it. It was easy to assemble and easy to operate. It comes with several nozzles that are appropriate for different tasks such as cleaning outdoor furniture vs a stone patio. I spent a half day power washing our deck, stone patio, front walkway and all the exterior furniture. it was just amazing to see how much dirt comes off surfaces that you didn’t realize were even so dirty to start with. I easily would have paid a contractor the cost of the power washer to do the same job and now I have the power washer to use again whenever needed. Power washing is a bit tedious as you can’t just spray and go and need to use methodical strokes to be sure you don’t miss areas (if you do you will see the difference when the area dries) but I actually found it to be a nice diversion and a bit of exercise. No regrets about buying this product.

I have to say this pressure washer works bery well. The quick connect tips are very easy to swap out and its very easy to use . The only drawback is to clean my truck without having to move the pressure washer i had to buy an extention hose .. Other than that it works like a dream . It came in roughly 10 days and during this pandemic that isnt bad at all.
After seeing the quality they have with their products i have purchase an extention chainsaw , a blower , a hose , hose attachments , masks , and lawn watering accessories ..
I love the warranty it comes with and i love their prices.. sun joe is my go to for yard equipment and my car washimg supplies..

First of all... great customer service! Handled everything easy and fast!! Excellent!! I cant stop using this power washer. Didn’t think i needed it as bad as i did. But its hard not to keep cleaning with this product. WoW!!!

Hands down best pressure washer

This Sun Joe electric pressure washer beats any gas pressure washer I’ve ever owned. It’s powerful, but you have lots of control so you don’t peel the paint off objects either. It’s lightweight and has a really long cord. This is great for cleaning our concrete patio and driveway, and of course our vinyl siding gets cleaned with ease. I highly recommend this powerhouse.

Worked well until it stopped working

I bought this (It was green at that time) three years ago. I used it once or twice a year for cleaning my deck. This spring I was using in and it started to smell like burned rubber and just stopped working, I didn't call Sun Joe since it was over two years old and out of warranty. When it worked it worked great, and I was disappointed when it stopped working. I doubt I used it for more than 5 or 6 hours before it failed. I tried all of the trouble shooting online. I don't remember if I registered it, but I do have an account the them, just couldn't find where I registered it.
