Picked it up at our local Staples - although it took one day longer than originally stated.

DO NOT BUY THIS!

This is a terrible product. No loading instructions and when you do load the tape it sticks everywhere does not tear easily with the sharp blade and in no way is "one hand operated". It's heavy and unstable and with the blade dangerous.
