Red not blue

The one I purchased was not the one on the website. Mine was red. The pictured dispenser above is obviously blue. No one could figure out how to load it. The tape that came with it would cut about half way then just tear the rest of the way off. (flimsy) I cut myself twice trying to figure it out. I took it back two days later. Not your number one product.

I don't remember seeing the 'LIGHTWEIGHT' in the description prior to ordering. I felt the 2 rolls that were packaged with the dispenser lacked the strength to suit my shipping needs. The next day upon receiving the STAPLES 6-pack of tapes I placed a roll in the dispenser and was pleased to see the results were what I was expecting. I then TOSSED out the original 2/rolls and completed the task easily with the STAPLES tapes. I would rate the STAPLES brand tape a 5+.

This Packaging Tape Dispenser is able to withstand the constant use from our carton packers. It does not fall apart like the other brands. The side panel is reinforced.

Most wide tape is only 1.88 inches and that just was insufficient. It arrived quickly. While it’s not a heavy duty tape I’m OK with that. It does the job nicely.
