Works fine for occasional use. It does require a bit of hand strength to punch multiple sheets at one time. This may change as I use the hole puncher more.

I use the punch to put holes in documentation I have printed off for my planner. The planner has 7 rings and I don't have an automatic punch for it so this works extremely well for the purpose. I also use it for crafts; it goes through plastic easily. It serves the purposes for which I bought it nicely.

IT cuts cleanly. I was looking for a brand name that I recognized but bought this because it was the only one that was a single punch. It didn't cost much and I was doubtful that it would work well but it does.

My kids and I use the hole punch to do crafts and to make cards. It works really well... doesn't cut partial holes.
