The whole puncher was bought as a gift to a neighbor for his help fixing my vertical window blinds. I showed him how one can use a whole puncher to punch a whole in the opposite end of a vertical window blinds in his apartment thereby giving their vertical blind a "second life" with a new whole in the opposite end of their vertical blind from where the whole was broken and could not hold their vertical blind in place!!!

This punch works okay every 3 or 4 punches. The rest of the time it is not good at all. It is very poor quality & I would have returned it but I had disposed of the packaging already.
