For an organization I belong to that has meetings agendas and other paperwork that needs to be kept and accessible keeping a notebook is still the best way. I use this hole punch to add handouts that are distributed at meetings (impossible to use a 3 hole punch "in the field"). This punch works fine comfortable and effective to use and easily fits in the notebook
