When I bought this item I thought it was not going to be effective but I was surprise it really works. It is sharp and does the job.

A waste of money

All I wanted to do was punch one hole in a single sheet of paper and not spend a lot of money on a hole punch I'd probably never use again. This punch was on sale for fifty cents and was just what I needed. HOWEVER the punch part didn't line up with the hole part and all it would do is put a round crease in the paper; no hole! It would have cost me more in gas to return it so I threw it away. Moral - You get what you pay for.
