WOULD NOT PUNCH HOLE IN VERY THIN VELCRO. I HAVE THE SAME TYPE I BOUGHT FORTY YEARS AGO AND IT STILL WORKS AND CUTS THE PRODUCT THAT YOUR CUTTER WOULD NOT CUT. THE OLD ONE I HAVE WAS MADE IN THE USA. I STILL USE IT BUT I WANTED TO HAVE A BACKUP JUST IN CASE.

I am using this product to help develop my wedding invitations. It is slightly difficult to just use the one movement however it offers more precise location of the hole needed.
