Simple things make all the difference

I am a teacher so shopping at Staples is a "given' for me. It is very useful to have specials on items that I use everyday in my classroom. The single hole punch is an easy item for my students to use and it is constructed durably so it lasts most of the school year without breaking. Teachers like me really depend on Staples to deliver good quallity items at a reasonable cost .Although something simple like a single hole punch may not be on the top of your list of items to promote please rememnber that teachers(like me) purchase many small items to keep our classrooms up and running!

Inexpensive but good

IT cuts cleanly. I was looking for a brand name that I recognized but bought this because it was the only one that was a single punch. It didn't cost much and I was doubtful that it would work well but it does.

Buy in the middle don't cheap out

I had a one-time need for a one-hole punch and tried to cheap out on the purchase. Mistake. Apparently my job involved 6 sheets of paper and that did in the flimsy construction on this little beauty. It didn't help that the punch was misaligned with the hole to begin with. Since it was so cheap I didn't bother to take it back for refund I just went back to Staples and bought the better quality punch and was very happy with it. My bad for abandoning my "buy in the middle" philosophy and getting the low-end product. Lesson learned.

Perfect for what I needed

I couldn't find this simple tool at any of my usual shopping places they all had 3 ring hole punches I only wanted one hole punch something small and efficient. Also inexpensive found it at staples and it was the right price. Thank you Staples

Did the job

It may be billed as a 5-sheet capacity punch but we were able to punch 7-8 sheets and we were able to punch thru a tri-fold presentation board too. Very clean holes no issues. Great product.
