Worked well punched about three to four index cards at one time would probably do more sheets of paper. I got it because I needed holes in certain spots and a three hole punch would not work. Has a paper hole catcher on the end that is a little tricky to empty but other then that it is great and you can't beat the price.

This was used to punch holes in card stock flashcards. Liked the fact my son didn't get the punched holes all over the floor since it has a nice cover to catch them. This is for jobs that you do not care if the holes line up exactly since there are no guides to help line up the hole punch. The construction of the hole punch is what you would expect for the price we paid. Isn't something you could stand on and not expect it to bend but what do you expect from a hand held hole punch. No sharp edges to worry about so children can use this safely.
