WOULD NOT PUNCH HOLE IN VERY THIN VELCRO. I HAVE THE SAME TYPE I BOUGHT FORTY YEARS AGO AND IT STILL WORKS AND CUTS THE PRODUCT THAT YOUR CUTTER WOULD NOT CUT. THE OLD ONE I HAVE WAS MADE IN THE USA. I STILL USE IT BUT I WANTED TO HAVE A BACKUP JUST IN CASE.

Good to use for office school home projects etc..... U name it it does the work. My son loves to use this whole puncher it's convenient easy to store it fits in any back pack. U don't have to struggle carrying the big three whole puncher anymore. I love to use it in my projects it's easy to use even a one year old kid can use. Safety for all ages. Even my five year old son uses it in school projects he has one for home one and one for school. Did I mention price it's perfect specially if you are on a budget like me.
