Competent hole punch!

I bought this because it was less than $2. I needed it to punch holes in corrugated plastic yard signs so I could place some on fences with cable ties. It cut through them just fine and surprise collected the holes in a secret openable compartment! This is s step up with from the ones I used in grade school without a secret compartment. The finger loop is only for small hands not big but not a big deal in my limited use.
