[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to cut up my old smelly carpet into pieces to put in the dumpster...didn't have to change the blade at all. It is strong and cuts great!

This classic cutter is great for all my diy projects, or my husband's needs.We like the brand and trust its products.This blade cuts sharp and I like that u can store extra blades.

Stanley 99E

I bought a 99E from a local hardware store and promptly returned it as the blade had side-to-side wobble. My older 99E that I have had for years has no side-to-side blade play. Disappointed in the blade wobble of the new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's called "Classic" for a reason. I have owned and used this utility knife for decades. I keep one in my work truck, one in my basement shop and another in a toolbox in the utility room so there's always one handy when I need it.
