Easy-to-Grip Rectangular Magnifier

The Staples® Handheld Magnifier is a easy-to-grip and perfectly sized at 2" x 4" both for a child or adult. My eight-year old daughter took to it like a like to water - it was natural intuitive and a pleasure. I believe she her sibling brothers and I will get years of use from this product be it for school projects or other projects at home. To help assure the magnifier does not slip from one's hand I recommend enhancing the grip with neoprene or another such soft tactile plastic that has tread lines molded into the underside. Along with making the product even easier to use it would likely differentiate the product in a crowded field of play on the store shelf or online. This would also bring from a 4-start to a 5-star

This looks like it will stand up to abuse from my grandkids. Should have cost half what it did though.

This is great for all the small print on labels. It is large enough so you can read a full line across without having to move it. I also like the extra magnification in the small circle.

Handheld Magnifier

This is perfect for when i am looking at bank printouts with the checks printed on them in VERY small print. I have to get information off these small checks to update my clients bookkeeping. It works perfect! I like the angel of the handle and the fact that the magnifier is rectangle as that is the same shape of what i am usually looking it. The price was affordable and it seems to be made sturdy and will be floating around my office for a long time to come. There were only a couple to choose from but I would definitely go with the rectangle one.

We bought the magnifying glass for my son who has some major vision issues. It is well made a good shape for a man's hands and it works for reading the fine print
