Great personalization, surprisingly poor performan

Personalization is great. Really nice quality. Tested the quality during the call, voice, sound, all seems to be good. This headphones was purchased for my daughter, and she take me a few times sounds kind of disconnects, makes weird noises, I thought she might move far from the device. But when checked myself can confirm the problem. It’s connected to a laptop and a phone. Don’t know how to resolve the issue :(

Bought these last week and got them today the fit but the quality is bad would like if these were remade, or fixed or just no for sale quality sucked on every music streaming service I know

Please turn off the equalizer settings of your phone and the music app. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device. You may also try doing a Factory Reset; while your unit is on, press and hold the volume up and down for more than five seconds until it shuts off. You may need to forget it on your device to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

I have had these for five years, I refuse to get rid of them. My boyfriend hates them, but I won't be giving them up until they're completely held together by tape and my hopes and dreams

I rarely leave reviews but I’ve had these for almost three years and use them almost every single day. It’s super easy to switch the connection to varying different devices, and I’m constantly using them to run in the rain and have had no issues. The battery life is awesome, figured I’d just be buying for a short term since they were pretty cheap but they’ve become my go-to’s! There’s obviously some higher quality headphones out there and I wouldn’t recommend for the microphone aspect (if you’re making a lot of bluetooth calls), but if you’re looking for a solid set that has decent sound quality and can withstand a good bit of wear and tear without breaking the bank I’d say absolutely get these.

Worst head phones ever

I hate this product when ever I connected them to my computer the sound was really low quality I don't recomend.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 510BT. First, make sure the audio is playing through the Bluetooth device. Select Start, then select Settings > System > Sound. In Choose your output device, select the JBL Tune 510BT. Next, pause other things that might be using Bluetooth, such as file-sharing over Bluetooth. Lastly, verify that stereo is selected for the Bluetooth device in order to ensure the best quality audio. Lasted 2 years of constant usage. Great price

I've owned these for about 2 years along with practically using them everyday. For day to day use they're pretty comfortable and I don't get any ear fatigue. With trying to sleep with them, of course headphones like this are odd to sleep with but that's a given since they're over ear. Audio quality is great with lovely bass. I love the ability to adjust sound and turn on/off on the headphones. ( Especially since my phone's sound settings make the sound too loud) The charging was GREAT I could put them on for 10-20 minutes and they'd last me around 1-2 hours. Months ago though I noticed my headphones woudln't show they are fully charged, they never reached the green light like they used to which I thought wasn't too much of an issue. Today they finally ended on me. Attempting to charge them, swapping the outlet spot 3 times. They finally came to an end. Through getting dropped , being taken outside in various weather conditions, charging, usage daily for 2 years. These are 100% worth the good price.

An amazing set of headphones

These JBL headphones really changed the game for me. I was searching for a budget friendly pair of headphones with decent sound quality and a comfortable fit. I found exactly what I was looking for. They have around 40 hours of batteryg life which is perfect for my day to day needs. I take them everywhere I go and I don’t leave the house without them. I would recommend if you want a cost effective pair of headphones definitely give these a shot!
