Good value with some points to improve upon

I've been using these for a few weeks now (coming from a Sennheiser Momentum M.2 Wireless) and generally really enjoy them.
There are a few things that can be improved upon though:
* Auto power off: way too short, I use these headphones for work and I have to reconnect so often when receiving a call. Make this timer adjustable (e.g. 2h or more).
* Wind ANC: when biking with these headphones, all I hear is a loud rushing of wind. Could you please take this into account? Potentially by leveraging the adaptive sound control feature.
* Dual device connect: when connected to one device (Android Phone), and subsequently being called on the other (Windows PC), I hear everyone in a very robotic voice (and they me in most cases). I have to disconnect and re-connect or switch input sources in the call menu to fix this. This is very annoying and rather embarrassing.
* Touch controls: somehow they don't always work as fluently as you'd like (e.g. nothing happens).

Super Great Headphones

I love these headphones I've had them for about 8 months and easily my favorite thing I own. I'm always using them in almost any environment and they have great noise cancellation. If your curious about them I promise they work great and have awesome features. I love the bone white color way too it looks great and has a fun pop!

I bought these earbuds to replace another good sounding pair that did not have noise cancelling. I am most disappointed in that feature. I realize that the instructions say that proper ear fit is necessary to have the noise cancelling feature work at its best, yet I have tried all the enclosed ear fittings and the best fitting pair (both of the large ones) seem to enclose my ear opening the best. They seem properly fitted to my ear, but I can push the earpiece in and it seems to close more. Perhaps there could be a larger option. I am a piano technician by trade, retired from a University music department, and have experience working with international artists on the finest of pianos. My hearing is excellent, and these earbuds seem to have no noticeable effectiveness, in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves.

I was debating about either getting these or a more expensive fruit flavor ones I went with these and I am so glad I did sound is awesome fit is perfect and I could wear these all day and get tired of em being on my head just one thing the m5s could you make em with replaceable cups other than that its perfect!!!!!!

Amazing

I got this for my birthday, had been wanting mx3s for a while and saw that these dropped. They are way better than my Bose headphones, the sound quality is amazing, they fold great, awesome bass, and durable case. They can fold up, and with the amazing eq app you can make them sound however you want which is a GAMECHANGER. If you're debating buying these and have enough money... BUY THEM. I do feel that the multi device pairing could be slightly improved with some software tweaks, but only really have issues when I'm on a video call on one device and then it refuses to play audio on the first one, even tho my call output isn't through the headphones. This is a very minor issue and is only present if you are on a video call all day. It would be nice if through the app you could chose which device you were playing audio through or turn off connection to one temporarily without removing it. But overall you have to get these, I will definitely buy the next ones that come out, with Sony forever. The touch controls work way better than I thought they would too and so does assitant.
