Decent headphones, useless software.

These headphone keep failing to auto power off. These have been in my backpack for days and are currently at 10% power. This is an ongoing issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recieved these headphones yesterday, so they're fairly new. The sound quality is great, noise cancellation is also good, they're also comfortable. I just have one small question. Today I wore these on my bus to school and our highways have lots of bumps, cracks and pot holes, so it's not exactly a smooth ride. When I was listening to music, while we were driving over the bumpy parts, the speakers inside the headphones started to make these crackling and full on popping noises. This led to the audio being warped and nearly unintelligible at certain points. However, once the bus stopped moving or at least slowed to crawl speed, the noises stopped and everything went back to normal. I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but I figured I'd come here to ask if anyone else has experienced this, and if they can tell me whether or not it's normal. Otherwise, I would simply go with my gut and return them. Thanks in advance for reaching out :)

Hurt my head. Try before you buy (if you can)

Unfortunately because of the pandemic I wasn’t able to try these on before buying. The bar on top hurts my head after about an hour. Extremely painful after a few hours. I don’t find the noise cancelling much better then AirPods Pro but they do have a very full sound, much more then AirPods. They are just totally uncomfortable for me. Mainly the top bar but also the ear cups. Extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent noise cancelling

Love these headphones, they have made working from home much easier! They are comfortable and effective. Great bluetooth. Would be a 5 star review, but the sensitivity of the tapping for hang up and pick up seems to be waning as I use them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best headphones for WFH

These are simply the best headphones for working from home. Battery lasts for days, very lightweight and can't thank enough Sony for its noise cancelling technology!

OK, But

Great earphones, they pair well, excellent sound.
BUT
They don’t seem to unpair well for me; I have a hard time turning them off, so I don;t use them much anymore.
I phoned SONY and got the usual “Hold the button for 2 seconds”.
Problem is that that blue light keeps flashing and a couple of times, I’ve had to recharge the earphone, because they didn’t turn off. That takes 3 hours, so I went to a wired pair and the unit, which now sit in the case a lot more, because of that lack of enjoyment.
At least twice, I heard some kind of voice (no very loud because I usually wasn’t wearing the earphones), telling me “something”. There the earphones stayed f, the blue light stopped flashing.
You need a master’s degree to understand these smart earphones.
And forget about after service from SONY, you’ll get the usual stuff that written for them on a sheet of paper, to pass on to customers who have paid much too much for a pair of Bluetooth earphones. Those earphones are most definitively too smart.
Except where it matters, such as turning them off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
