Bought a pair of these for my wife for her birthday and I loved him so much I bought a pair too and everybody that I speak to I refer them.
Excellent battery life awesome sound quality we wear ours outside during yard work we also wear them while mowing on our ZTR the noise cancellation works great!
I wish I could turn the volume up louder on the ambient aware would be the only thing I would change
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for working from home!

Bought these to drown out the dogs while working from home, especially when on conference calls -- fantastic for that! Also work in datacenters a lot where the droning fan noise can be deafening -- completely eliminates the issues there too and makes calls when working in the DC so much better than my previous wireless earbuds.
I do not use the touch features that some have complained about. I use mainly for calls, music, and sometimes even just to drown out noise with nothing playing -- all controlled by my phone not the headphones themselves.
Told my coworkers to pick some up, would buy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best headphones available

Sony does everything right. These headphones are no exception. Comfortable lightweight, battery last forever and you can get ours of music outta a few minutes of charging. Sound canceling is amazing. A must buy if your looking for the best headphones available

Good sound but charging system to be improved

Sound is great and design ensure a good stability inside the hear
The 3 buds allow you to find the one that will feat you
Blue tooth synchronization is easy
Case is necessary to load the headphone.
The case was working well 2,5 month, but unfortunately it does not work anymore.
This is the only weakness of the product, there is no back up to charge the headphone.

Great sound

i bought one of these a little over 2 weeks now and i have quite a few things to tell, the sound quality is nice, noise cancelling is quite impressive specially when you are on ambient sound control, if you want to capture only voice outside your listening comfort its quite magnificent, but there are also some glitches, i cannot connect to google assistant which is one added feature and it irritates me, and also when changing the custom sound from ambient to google assistant there is a connection problem, although i have not set up my google assistant yet the problem is bluetooth connects and disconnects, maybe a glitch on the system but you guys can fix it, other than that i love it,
I would recommend this to a friend!
