Falls apart at 2 years old

My wife bought comparable model called WH H910N a few years ago. Literally falling apart at the seams. Sony only gives one year warranty. At about 2 years this happens. Unacceptable. Poor workmanship. Would not recommend Sony headphones to anyone. I have Sennheiser headphones that are 20 years old that are better build quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best bang for your buck

I bought these right before I started my junior year of high school in 2023. All throughout then until now they have been nothing but the absolute greatest. The sound control app that lets you personally configure your own sound is an absolute marvel. Congrats, Sony! Unfortunately, the battery did fail on me but after heavy use during multiple hour long workout sessions it was expected. I will be purchasing another pair today. I recommend you do the same.

Favorite pair of headphones!

I love these headphones! I wear them for working out and walking/jogging. I wanted a pair that went all the way over my ear to not bother my cartilage piercings, and these do the trick. They also fit comfortably if I wear my glasses with them. I had my first pair stolen, but did not hesitate to repurchase. The sound quality is amazing and I’ve never had technical issues. The worst thing about them is they are a little big and will sometimes slide around if I am doing an intense workout, but it doesn’t bother me to reposition them. I think they are worth the price. I’ve had my second pair for 3+ years now and have no damage to them. I can easily clean them with a Clorox wipe to disinfect (probably not recommended, but again I haven’t had issues). I recommend the black pair. My friend has the cream colored ones and the ear cushions have gotten much dirtier over the years.

We sincerely apologize for the challenges you're facing while trying to connect your iPhone 15 Pro Max via Bluetooth. To successfully establish a connection with any device, we suggest activating pairing mode on your headset. Begin by turning on the headset, then press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to manually enter pairing mode. You will see the blue indicator light flash twice in quick succession, and a voice prompt will announce "Pairing." At this point, you should be able to connect via Bluetooth without any issues.

It's alright

I bought these headphones 2 months ago. They are great for cancelling noise. When I put them on, I barely hear anything. The only problem is that I always instantly get a headache when I put them on. That's why, even though I bought them 2 months ago, I barely wore them. I think it is linked to the noise cancelling because when I put them on, I hear a white noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent sound quality, poor construction

After 3 years, the microphone no longer works during calls and I frequently have to fix a high pitched ringing issue. I have followed all fix solutions provided by sony and nothing is a permanent fix. For the price point, the product is not worth it.
