I love the headphones. The noise cancelling and multi-port functions are my favourite. But what I don't like is the extra sensitivity that it stops my media when I move any of the earcups. The range is also ok because I was expecting more based on the price scale. Honestly, my cheaper Mpow versions offer better range. I agree with other reviewers that long time use makes the headphones uncomfortable and you start to sweat. But overall, I got it on Black Friday Sale and I like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

as soon as you put these on you can tell how great the noise cancelling is. The battery life is really good. I listened to a new album that is over an hour long twice and think battery life only went down 7%?? Insane how little i've needed to charge it so far,
Sounds quality is superb. I listen to mostly r&b and rap so the bass is great. Also like the fact that there are different presets for the equalizer
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything is execellent except the microphone. I tested my audio on zoom meeting, it is terrible.

Good Headphone to use

i have it for a year now and still work perfectly. It works in any devices. my ears fit inside with no pain just comfortable. It helps me to focused in my works without minding people around you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed for price. Multipoint pairing sucks.

Been using the headphones for 3 days and am pretty frustrated with the multipoint bluetooth -- am not the only one either. When connected to both my computer and my phone, the switching is anything but seamless. The headphones will stay connected to my computer despite there being no active audio being played on it. I have to manually 'disconnect' my pc using the sony headphone app for the audio to switch to my phone. Then reconnect my pc via the sony app so that I can seamlessly switch from my phone to my computer. This honestly isn't that different from connecting the conventional way with multipoint. Huge disappointment.
The sound is what I'd expect for the price point, but to be advertised as a seamless experience is sorely misleading. Disappointed.

Terrible for the price

I purchased these on Black Friday, received 3 weeks later and waited till 30th dec to open the package due to being away.
These headphone are not what you expect them to be. I’m not a Karan but when I pay $350 for a pair of $500 headphones (plus tax!) I expect these to be amazing.

Pros:
- The ear cups fit over my ears perfectly and are very very comfortable. I got big ears! So finding a good pair of headphones that fit was hard but these fit perfectly and are snug!
- sound quality is great. Their app has a lot of functions where you can mess around with the quality.
- The noise cancellation is very goodbut it apparently takes a while to figure out your surrounding and then after a few days it’ll work so i can still hear the ambient outside noise. This is my first day so I’m not going to criticize it yet.
- charges fast and cool case

- call quality - if you Want to use these for phone calls ... DO NOT. They are terrible and it’s one of the reasons why I’m trying to return these. I just had a phone call and it’s crackling, there’s A lag on the call and the other side can hardly hear you. Incredibly disappointed with these headphones and annoyed that I just wasted my Money. I did some research and a lot of people are experiencing this issue.
- water damage - whilst reading the manual it mentioned to not wear these whilst working out as it can get water damaged due to sweat! - so ridiculous!
And Don’t use these in snow
These are more fragile than a piece of thin glass.
