We bought this for my wife in August 2021. Now less than 3 months these headphones will no longer take a charge, besides that they sound awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that the unit is no longer charging. Make sure to check the following:
-The supplied USB cable is used for the connection.
-The cable connection is secure.
-Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
-When charging the headset through a USB port on a computer, try the following as well:
*Make sure that the computer is turned on.
*If the computer is equipped with multiple USB ports, use another port.
*Connect the headset directly to the computer without using a USB hub.
*If the computer is in Standby (Sleep) or Hibernate mode, place it back to normal mode.
*If the computer is running on Windows 8.1, use Windows Update to update the operating system.
Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue. Please refer to these links:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. I have a very loud household, with an almost 2 year old who likes to scream. The noise cancellation is KEY and works so well. These also seem to fit my ears well and stay in better than another popular brand!

I was a little hesitant to spend so much on headphones, but they are totally worth it. I'm autistic and it's impossible to get anything done with the background noise my roommates make (constantly and very loud!). These have completely changed my ability to work. I am so focused and not nearly so agitated. They are worth the money for sure.

My friend has them and told me not to get them, but I wanted them really bad so I didn’t listen (spoilers, I should’ve). Sound wise, they are average. Sound cancelation wise, they are more than excellent. So if you only listen to music, podcast, videos, etc, then they aren’t terrible (if we ignore the price tag). But if you will be using them for zoom calls, ft, or any activity that would require using the microphone, I wouldn’t recommend. I will say, they are elegant. I returned them and in the process I found out that Sonys customer service exceptional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One month review - excellent sound quality and comfort. I tried the xm5, bose qc 35, and qc 45, and Im very satisfied with the xm4's, it really comes down to personal preferences in re: ergonomics, but you cant go wrong with the m4.
