Quality Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had noise canceling headphones before getting these, but now I know why people swear by them.
The sound quality is AMAZING. You can adjust everything manually or use the preset levels to customize the sound to your audio. You can also turn the noise canceling on/off, or make it light so you can still hear noises or someone trying to talk to you. Really loving these!
The other feature I love is when you take the headphones off, your audio pauses! And the controls are built into the outside of the ear pices, so you can tap to pause or swipe to change the track. Don't even need your phone!!
Hands downs, these are worth every penny!

Amazing sound quality

I’ve stuck to earbuds for the last however many years because I couldn’t use skull candy headphones with my iphone (the big ones were aux cord connected for the longest time). The charge on these bad boys lasts way longer than any set of earbuds I’ve ever had, the noise canceling feature is top-notch. I could be sitting next to a train and not hear anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly impressed with the high quality and innovation of Sony products. These headphones definitely do not disappoint! I did have to download an app to sync these to my Android phone but it took no time to install and get these bad boys going. The sound is impeccably crisp and clear! This noise canceling technology brings the sound down to a quiet muffle, if they're off, and once I add sound I can't hear distractions. I am really excited to use these when I'm doing yard work and working out.

Tried using it on airplane to view their movies but could not receive sound. Sometimes it came on but mostly did not work with headphone cable.

The noise cancelation works great but it does leave me with a headache. I leave it off and it still is a great noise damper. They have great sound and the buttons are really easy to find and use. I also didn't have any issues connecting them to all my devices. They hold charge for a lone time, I am so glad to have them.

I purchased these headphones to use while talking on the phone during meetings. So far no one can hear me clearly while I am wearing the headphones. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I did my research that these came very highly rated from a number of reputable tech websites. However, since I am not able to use them while talking on the phone they are TOTALLY USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized.
