[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these amazing wireless headphones to review and I am BLOWN AWAY!!! First off, these are the nicest headphones I have ever owned. You download an app, which has a lot of things you can personalize! They are noise canceling and they work so well that I can't hear anything! These are absolutely AMAZING and am so blessed to be able to review them. Definitely give them 10/10! They even came with a hard case! Definitely would recommend!!!!

Great Sound & Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, these come with a nice padded zipper case for travel and storage, which is great for throwing in a bag and keeping them protected. The user instructions are easy to follow and my headphones were up and running in no time. You will need to download the Sony Headphones Connect app, but it's easy and includes some cool features as well.
They are very comfortable on the ears and head and fairly light weight as well. I mostly use these for non-exercising activities, but I have no doubt they could be used for running with how comfortable yet snug they fit. The touch control options on the outside of the ear are easy to use and convenient.
The sound is just fantastic and is true surround sound. You are completely immersed in your music or movie your watching. I have mainly just used these at home or the office, but excited to travel with them this fall for use on planes.
The battery life is also great and they have a fast charge feature if you are in need of some juice but don't have a lot of time. These are just very smart, comfortable, and intuitive. Great overall product.

Amazing sound and cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony WH-1000XM4 Headset is amazing. I will start by saying this headset is very comfortable to wear. I dislike using earbuds and I don't like headsets that lay on my ears. These lay around the ear and create a seal around the ear. The weight of these on my head are very light. After a while, I do not realize I am wearing them. The quality feel of these are very good. There is nothing flimsy about them.
This headset does that. When I powered them up and put them on, I immediately noticed the noise cancelling working. The room became quiet. I used to travel a lot for work and when on a plane would crave a noise cancelling headset. I no longer travel, but these have so many advantages for use on a plane. These are adaptive. So they will work the best for the environment you are in.
The sound is incredible. I am getting up in years and I need a headset I can clearly hear the lyrics and music. There is an app that compliments this headset. There are equalizer settings within the app. I adjusted to the levels I prefer and the headset remembers the settings.
The app is a must for this headset. I believe it will work without it, but the app gives much more control of the settings of the headset. Some of the notable features in the app are the equalizer, connect to two devices at the same time, button reassignment, headset updates. Yes, this app will update the headset software on the headset. There is an app for Android and iPhone. I set the app to allow to pair to two devices and paired to my Windows Laptop. The headset paired without issue. I can switch audio between the laptop and my Android phone without having to repair each time.
There is a carry case with international style audio adapter for a plane. USB C Charging cable. And a audio cable to hard plug into the phone or other devices.
Google Assistant and Alexa work with this device, but I do not use either, thus have not tested it.
The instructions are done in pictures. It helps to have a little knowledge of how Bluetooth devices pair. And how these types of headsets operate. The instructions are easy to follow and I was up and running in a matter of a moment.

The Sound is Fantastic

I couldn’t believe how all background noise is nonexistent. I tried it around my grandchildren and it worked like a charm. I heard nothing but the music coming from my headphones. And that was it. I’ve been looking for headphones like this for so long.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these noise cancelling headphones a couple weeks ago. I am very I pressed with them and love them. These headphones fit comfortably over my ears. To me they are light weight on my head. They are absolutely noise cancelling. My absolute favorite thing about these headphones are that you can turn them on/off/mute without taking the headphones off. I have tried other noise cancelling headphones and these are the best.

Love these quality headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these high quality headphones! They have a very good bass and noise canceling. I work on a shop floor and wear these every night to listen to music while working I love how easy it is to turn noise canceling off but wish that it would automatically pause the music at the same time instead of having to do two separate gestures to pause and turn off noise canceling. The app is also great for customization to improve your experience. They are quite comfortable and nicely crafted with little copper touches. The case is also well designed to protect them when not in use. They are my new go to over the other higher end competition I used to use.

Love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have airbuds that I use for convenience, but of course the quality of sound is still affected by surrounding noise. I use them mostly to listen to podcasts or audio books while I am working around my house and to answer phone calls. I am amazed at the difference these noise-cancelling headphones make. I can vacuum, be running the dishwasher or cooking with the exhaust fan on and I can still hear very clearly what is being broadcast. I do have a slight hearing loss so these headphones have improved my ability to hear every word much more than just the earbuds. The other thing that I appreciate about these is their range. While I am working I can go out to my garage and grab something, go upstairs, move around from room to room and not have a disconnection with my phone. Such an improvement over the earbuds. I have not had a chance to use them on an airplane, but I am sure that I will not be dissappointed! They were extremely easy to set up the connection to my phone another,plus for these headphones.

They feel on your ears don’t cause much fatigue and they seem pretty durable though I didn’t get to put it through too much of a wear and tear situation. I am very much looking forward to using these on my next flight
