These are a great pair of headphones and the noice cancelling on them is really good and you can’t hear much really when you turn the noice cancelling on.

Not only does this sound great for the music my daughter wanted to listen to. The electric piano she was practicing on sounded even better. Downside is I don't always get to hear the practice. My loss.

Excellent value & performance, needs a ton of EQ

TL;DR: 4/5. Solid ANC performance rivaling Bose QuietComfort, though Bose handles mids better while these excel in bass and wind cancellation. The stock sound is overly bass-heavy and EQ is necessary to get the most out of the headphones.
Let me just preface this review by saying I've been writing reviews for chi-fi products, and these are the one of the first "mainstream" headphones I've written a review about. I can talk about the build quality, case, features, etc., but most mainstream tech reviewers have already got to that. ANC-wise these headphones do a stellar job at its price point, and it's closest competitor is the Bose QuietComfort. Those headphones tend to cancel the mids better, but struggle with bass, treble, & wind cancellation.
The only (major) downside about these headphones is the ridiculous amount of bass these headphones have. The stock audio profile sounds at best muffled, and at worst like a pair of subwoofers coming from a neighboring room. Good thing is, you can EQ these in the app to make it sound similar to other closed back headphones (and possibly the Harman OE 2018 target). I have attached my personal EQ with the clear bass slider set to -2.

The active noise cancelling on these headphones is straight magical. It turned my noisy environment into peaceful serenity. This was my primary reason for investing in a pair of these.
They sound good, very bassy out of the box and need EQing but once tuned, no complaints here either.
They are very comfortable. No problems wearing them for 4 hours at a time.
Battery life is good. They only need charging once every few days with my heavy usage.
