[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Sony Wireless Headphones are amazing . The noise canceling feature is just amazing combined with the adaptive sound . The acoustics , the base are amazing . They feel so good in the ear almost as if there not there because they won’t fall out . Did I fail to mention that there water proof .Sony definitely outdid themselves with this product, Bluetooth connectivity is a breeze ,literally connects in seconds just by removing them out of the case .The battery life , not only can you enjoy your music for hours , That’s not the best part , by simply placing them back into case they recharge themselves wirelessly .I will highly recommend purchasing if you were on the fence about it .

Noise canceling at it best Sony WF-SP800N

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony WF-SP800N are high quality, noise canceling wireless headphones with Alexa built-in and Google Assistant. Also provide extra bass and 360 reality audio. In practice, I found the headphones to be easy to use and to provide very good sound. Noise cancellation seemed very good. The overall sound seemed more immersive possibly due to the 360 audio. I recommend these headphones for anyone looking for high quality noise canceling headphones with a slightly more immersive sound.
Very comfortable to wear. They come with four sizes of ear pieces to get the fit just right. A single charge lasts a very long time and the charging/holding box is both convenient and protective. The touch controls work perfectly for me and they let you choose the type of controls you like to have accesible with your fingers without having to reach for your phone.
My favorite features are secure fit, water resistance, excellent noise cancellation, great audio performance.

I have only owned these headphones for a short time but I absolutely LOVE them. I"m already addicted to them. .lol. To me the music sounds even better than being at a concert. It's all there the bass guitar and drums sound awesome. I love to hear the symbols to and the highs sound just as good as the bass. To talk to someone all you have to do is speak and the music will kick off and you can hear plain as day and when your finished talking they kick right back on. I looked for about two months off and on, reading reviews all over the net and kept coming back to these and I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. I'm very happy I got these and not something else. I'm not into writing reviews but I looked for so long before I made up my mind that I hope this helps someone that is doing the same.

At this price point I feel they should have better water Ingress protection. Also I have experienced a issue where if either my wife or I enter Bluetooth range while the other is using them it kicks off the other and the person using them has to pull out their phone and reconnect to the headphones. A confirmation to switch while already connected would have been nice.

Overall Happy but with a Qualifier

Overall, I have been really happy with the sound quality of the earbuds... when they stay connected. I have always had Bose products and went out on a limb to try Sony after seeing glowing reviewer commentary before release. My wife got me these for father's days and I appreciate the gift, but I often find these frustrating to use when just walking in my neighborhood. When sitting at home, the connection is often fine, but while walking the is often Bluetooth issues causing the left or right earbud to desync or periodically disconnect. This is often accompanied by a squelching noise. This makes listening to podcasts or music inconvenient and unenjoyable. I bought these for travel (I do around 35+ weeks a year on the road) and now I am worried how they will hold up when I am walking through an airport. As one last note, I wish you could listen on just the right earbud...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This operation does not delete pairing information. Place the headset into the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset.
