Only one ear connects, and only one ear charges as well, shouldn’t be having these problems on the first day

Disappointed with Sony WF-1000XM4

I would not recommend purchasing the Sony WF-1000XM4. While the sound quality is decent, the battery life is a huge letdown. I bought these earbuds last year, and now the battery drains extremely fast. Even after charging them to 100%, they discharge within just a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, they’ve become unusable, and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration—look for a more reliable option.

Noise suppression work well

This is the first active noise control over the ear headphone I own. Blocks off the aircraft noise really well and allows me to here music and movies when travelling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to pair with Mac and iPhone

I have used other brands of bluetooth and not had this issue. I have had it connect intermittently, and then the next time it doesn't work with my Apple products.
I can get the bluetooth paired, but then my Macbook Pro does not show the headphones for output. I end up tethered to my laptop by the cord.

Both arms have broken where joined to earpads

Sounds great, but fragile. One side broke after a year of light use, the other side broke a couple years later. I never did really get the google assistant to work, its volume was super low and I gave up on it. Expensive headphones, they should last a long time, and they don't. Disappointing quality as far as build goes. Do better Sony

I love the xm4! The quality of the product is immaculate. They are so beautiful and so comfortable. I got them on the black friday deal and honestly its a big win-win! The quality of the sound and the noise-cancelling is very good as well ! I'm very happy with my purchase.

Not easy to connect to TV

I have to continuously turn the head phones on and off to sync to my tv. If you have a Samsung TV I bet this would cause great issues for Bluetooth as well.

Good features and quality

Great feeling. Enough features and comes with a 360 sound trial. Noise cancelling is perfect but the mic quality is not that good. For the deal ($270) is good.
