Long play back time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago I broke my old headphones and started looking for a new pair. The Sony wireless noise canceling headphones caught my attention because of the features. Quick charging just 10 minutes of charging gives 5 hours of playback time. On a full charge 30 to 38 hours of playback time. Hands free calling, and voice assistants features all easy to use. Comes with headphone cable, Plug in adaptor and USB type C cable. The sound is so clear giving a high quality performing audio above others I have used. Noise canceling works for me while listening even with others around me or even the television on I can concentrate on what I am listening too without disruptions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like how they fit around my ears and how comfortable they are even after hours of wear. The sound quality is on point and is so amazing! I purchased these headphones for my daughter to use for school during remote learning. After two months of use, she has been complaining about the constant static in the headphones. I made sure she downloaded the Sony App to perform the necessary troubleshooting steps, but she still complains about the static. She has now escalated to contacting Sony Support and they performed some troubleshooting steps - so we will see what will happen - but since the static started soon after purchase, we are not that optimistic considering other reviews.

Incredible sound, seamless connectivity & controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has never had a “high-end” pair of headphones these are absolutely incredible. The sound is perfect – deep, rich and with great range. They also offer 360 Reality Audio (with accompanying subscription or trial to compatible streaming service), which is mind blowing. It’s a totally immersive surround sound experience for your headphones. The noise-cancellation feature works well – low level background noise (air conditioner, keyboard clicks, etc) are totally removed while louder noise are substantially muted. Comfort while wearing is good but my ears do feel a bit squeezed after wearing for more a couple hours – hoping that goes away with more frequent usage.
The Bluetooth connection is easy to setup, stable and allows up to 2 devices to connect to the headphones at the same time. Most settings are managed through the app - I'd prefer to skip another app install but it’s light and well organized. There are also some interesting software features that I wasn’t expecting like ambient noise control, which changes the level of ambient sound that’s blocked based on location or activity (think, more cancellation in a seated environment vs more ambient noise for awareness while walking on the street). Speak-to-chat is another handy feature that turns off the noise cancelling when you start to talk. The touchpad on the ear is also a convenient way to control volume, tracks, play/pause and answer calls.
Overall, I’m very impressed with these headphones and would highly recommend.

Wow! Great Headphones

It has a QR Code that you can scan to take you where you need to download the app for the headphones, then you power on the headphones and connect them via the app. It was great to start using the headphones right out of the package, no charging needed. I've been using it for several days, and still haven't had to charge it. When setting up in the app, it has the option of downloading an app to use the 360 Reality Audio, which I did not do, because they cost money. That is my one major con with these headphones, is that to get the concert like sound you have to pay extra, but I have really enjoyed them without using this feature. When I first starting wearing the headphones, they felt a little tight, but after using them several times, that feeling has gone away, and they feel very comfortable. The noise cancelling feature of these headphones is really one of its best features. It doesn't block out everything, but the amount it does block out is amazing. I've used them while vacuuming, and I can hear the songs I'm listening to crystal clear. I've had people try to talk to me while using them, and unless I was looking at them, I didn't know they were talking to me. The sound has been great! I mostly listen to music, and the sound quality has been awesome. I can really hear all the layers of the music really well. I've also been able to walk away from my device that I am playing my music on and still have connection to the headphones in almost every room in my house, which is amazing! Another feature that I have really enjoyed is the ability to change volume, play/pause, and change songs just by touching or swiping the outside of the right headphone. To play or pause I just have to press in the middle of the headphone, to increase volume I swipe up, decrease volume swipe down. And to change songs swipe to the right, or left to go to the previous song. It's really convenient and I don't have to walk back to my device if I've walked away from it to change the song or volume. The headphones fit really nicely and compactly into a carrying case that comes with the headphones, which keeps them safe during storage or traveling. Sony really thought about everything when they made these headphones!

Great sound and fit

This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, so I couldn't believe the difference in using these headphones. I really like the case for traveling and storage, all the pieces fit in it nicely. It comes with a charging cord, an airplane adapter and a cord to connect it to your phone or music device and works with bluetooth as well. They are adjustable, they have nice padding across the top of your head and around your ears. They power on easily and after setup they connect quickly with my android phone. They are very comfortable and able to be worn for hours of great listening. Thes Sony headphones are awesome and I have enjoyed using them and definitely say give them a try for yourself.
