I Wanted to love these but ...

There were three immediate problems so, unfortunately, they had to be returned. 1. There was something inside the left headphone that pressed uncomfortably against my ear. After wearing them for half an hour, my ear hurt for the rest of the day. I have small ears so this surprised me. 2. The headphone padding squeaked in a very distracting way every time I moved my head. 3. The charging cord is really really short. Really short. Inconvenient for charging at home, let alone on a plane. This seems like such a weird place to skimp on high-end headphones.
They look great. The Bluetooth plug-in for wireless plane audio systems is a nice touch. I didn't find the noise cancellation that much better than my old wired Bose headphones. I could still hear birds, for example, and people talking. But I didn't try them with lower sounds. Music sounded good. I had no trouble pairing them with my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Quality Headphones worth every penny

This product is far and above better than expected. The price is high and worth every cent. The earphones are the best noise cancelling headphones I have ever had, someone was mowing his lawn as I was listening to my book and I didn't even hear the lawnmower!! Great connectivity, links to my phone and my ipad at same time. Excellent and I really like the silver grey colour... much better than black.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noise Cancelling Not Great

I found the noise cancelling to be ineffective compared to a pair of headphones from Skullcandy.

Literally don’t think about it. Buy them. I came from Bose headphones and didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never thought of Sony as a premier type brand. But wow these r sick. Audio is awesome, features are awesome, comfort is awesome. The app is crazy advanced as well.

My friend bought this to me as my birthday gift and I love it so much. Sound Cancelling is awesome and the phone call is okay too after the upgrade.

Cancellation works perfect wether outdoors or indoors. The control panel is amazing and design is gorgeous. The cell phone app can give better hearing experience.

Excellent audio quality but tight fit!

These headphones sound fantastic, and they’re beautifully made.
The Sony app does a great job of 360 audio using the Tidal app.
My only gripe is the ear depth is a bit shallow allowing your ears to feel pressed towards your head. Not too noticeable at first but over some time they’re uncomfortable.
I have a pair of the original Bose QC35’s that are angled in the ear cups, which make them far more comfortable. Hence the 4 star rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
