Can't put a price on peace.

First off, the noise cancellation is incredible.
No more noisy neighbours an everything else in a apt. Bldg. This for me alone is worth the purchase.
The sound is very clear, lots of bass. Crazy surround when watching shows w/Atmos. Good battery life n charge time. The touch motion controls on R. ear is very convenient. Over ear cuffs are very soft n comfy. The headband could use slight improvement.
Gave 4 stars due to functionality and vulnerability to moisture.

Great for music, terrible for tv

Really comfortable, when listening to music the sound is great.
However, I use headphones when watching tv at night so I don’t need to worry about the volume, the sound is typically 1/2 to a full second off, I have to pause from time to time to get it back on, 5 minutes later it’s back to being off again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These headphones are great. Sound quality is crisp and clear. Noise Cancellation is so good it's spooky quiet. Very comfortable to wear as it has cushioning on top, and ear pads are soft. Bluetooth is great. Seamlessly connects to multiple devices and switches from one to the other as necessary. I am very happy with this purchase. I've had 2 other Sony headphones before. Much cheaper, but both lasted for years with no issues. So I already knew about the quality of Sony products. The announcements in the headphones are the same as my earlier headphones. Also the operation buttons are similar. So very consistent user interface from Sony across it's products. I guess I have now graduated to these high-end headphones. Thank you Sony for such a quality product :)
