No Fast Wireless Charging

I bought this to charge my Samsung Note 10 Plus on my desk. With or without the phone case on I can only get it to Fast Wireless charge 1 out of 50 times I place it on the charger. The phone case I use is an Otterbox Symmetry Series case.

It’s slick and does the job but has 2 huge issues. One is the coil whine - it makes a high frequency buzz when ever connected to the outlet, two is that the puck needs to be perfectly aligned with the phone to actually charge. I often find my phone not charging and and pluck off even though it was charging when I left it.

Although the inner coils of the device and the charger do have to line up to a certain extent for a solid connection to be had, we're thinking we should take it from the top with a brand-new warranty replacement to see if that helps the cause since your particular unit seems to be making a potentially unusual amount of noise. First, please make sure the product is charged up by pressing the small button on the edge to initiate the battery level lights. If your device isn't connecting to the wireless charger, you might just have to locate that center "sweet spot" for the best experience.
