-I bought the wired charger online but the battery wasn't available from OtterBox for months -I couldn't simply put the phone on the battery for overnight charging; you have to press a tiny button to get it to charge... not what you want to do as you're drifting off to sleep -When I called about returning it, the company couldn't find my order -I had to wait a week for to get an RNA number.
Stunning incompetence. Is anybody actually running this company?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Interesting design, but.....

I bought the plug-in charger pad, and an additional wireless charging pad. Interesting idea, plus piggy-backing more wireless pads in a stack. But my problem is, as with ALL wireless chargers and past phones I had, is the Otterbox Defender case interferes with wireless charging, of any kind. To charge my Note 20 Ultra, if I do it wirelessly, through the Defender case, it can take up 3hrs 45min to "fast charge". As soon as I plug the same charger into the phone, it charges in 1hr 15min. Same thing happened with my Note 4, and Note 8. And you can't keep taking this case off the phone every day because the case will wear out, so if you want to charge a Note 20 Ultra, you have to plug it in....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has always with Otter products you can always count on quality products. The charger let’s you have a base charger, and a portable charger that I can take into the bathroom while I’m getting ready for the day. Plus big plus no cords to mess with. The Spot works for me!
Does not wireless charge well with a Defender case.

When placing your device on the charger, we recommend making sure it's as centered as possible for the best results. when placing the IPhone 14 on the pad it has to be in a particular position for the charger to activate

I LOVE my OtterSpot!

I have been using this Charging Pad&Puck combo daily,for almost a year and couldn’t be more delighted! 😁 I purchased soon after receiving a new IPhone SE w/Otterbox Defender Case from my kids. Although customers have complained about “not charging “ scenarios,I have not experienced ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER! Just”hover” the phone/case over the puck for a few seconds,and the phone chimes&lights up to let you know that charging has commenced. Easy…even for a 66 year old Luddite!
