Battery works great plugged in.... the magsafe case has issues with this charger. Have to try multiple times to try to get it aligned. My wife's magnetic charger auto aligned and has no issue with my case....oh well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charged up the spare mag charger unit and as soon as i put my phone in it, it says charging but then less than a minute later it stops charging and the lights just flash on the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a well built product. Your phone has to be placed in the EXACT correct spot for it to charge, however.

As with most wireless chargers, it has to be in a certain position to charge with the otterbox on the phone

First day used, it wasn’t easy to find the sweet spot to get it to charge. Device said it was charging and I woke up to my phone completely drained instead of charged. Sent it back and bought another device.
