Bought this so I could use the picks to charge multiple devices. First at the remote pick stoped charging now the main pick is not charging. Disappointed.

When the OtterSpot was able to establish charging, it worked great and I wish my phone would charge without issue every time but it sucks to wake up in the morning and your phone hasn't charged after a night on the charger. There are many reviews for the 12 that are saying wireless charging is spotty at best on non-apple chargers. I found that to be true and have decided to return the spot. I think I'm more unhappy with the 12 than the spot. Spot definitely does not work with the 12 and OtterPop case. It might with other phones and OtterPop, it does not with the 12. So, I liked the Spot when it worked and wish Apple could figure this issue out along with the laundry list of other issues the 12 has. If you don't have a 12, go for it.
We expected the in-case charging to be more effective. Especially with otter box cases but the sweet spot for charging is difficult to hit and I don’t trust it. If you are ok with taking your phone from your case every time you charge it, then buy it. Plugging a cord in isn’t that difficult.

wired charger is strong. wireless charger doesnt work so well. about 30% too expensive
