Doesn’t work with popsocket Otterbox case

This charger doesn’t work with my otter+pop case. I have to take the popsocket off for my phone to charge. Pretty disappointing for the outrageous price.

Otterbox Defender Combines strong Protection with

OtterBox has been my go-to for smartphone protection for a decade. The Otterbox Defender combines excellent protection for my Samsung S20 with the convenience of a holster that clips to my belt. The hard rubber case provides a high-friction surface that guards against accidental dropping, a constant issue with the glass phone case. With it, I can keep my S20 safe and within easy reach all day. Where it falls down is in design, with its all-black, somewhat clunky look. I have added a red skin to the back of the cover, but it would be nice to have other colors to choose from. Also, the cas3e does not provide access to the microSD slot in the S20, forcing me to take the cover off when I want to change the SD card.

Bought as an Xmas gift for my wife. Slower than expected to charge and w/ a thin plastic case, the battery needs to be lined up perfectly to charge.

Doesn’t work with IPhone 7

I asked Otterbox if the Otterspot worked with IPhone 7 and was told that it. I would call the company but the phones are not being manned because of Covid and i also can’t find an email. Great idea but wish they had made it clear what models this works for.

Charger is just as described. Works with defender case on. Second puck goes with you, small and travels well. Phone connects easy to charger when placed instead on having to find the sweet spot like other chargers.
