Disappointed With This Purchase

I purchased this item January 29th and viewed it as perfect for my new iPhone 12 with the Otterbox Defender protective case. Initially the product worked exactly as advertised and I was impressed - portability, easy to use, and appeared to work right out of the box. February 28th, the product stopped working completely. It's pretty simple - it no longer charges my phone. I've unplugged the device and plugged it back in, and it still doesn't work at all. I'll be requesting a fully refund of my purchase price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t stick to the defender case

It charges with the defender case but the charger won’t stick to the back of the case because of the camera guard is in the way.

Bad fit for iPhone 14 ProMax

I have a 14ProMax. Puck is ok for emergency charge on the go but will not fully charge my phone when completely dead. The main and puck chargers are not mag safe and have to finesse them to a perfect angle to receive a charge because of the phones camera lenses housing. . Not worth the money if you are expecting ease of use or want a full charge from the puck. OtrerBox please 🙏 make a MagSafe compatible puck.

I bought the block but I am not sure how it is supposed to work. If the second disk is just to keep it charged, then it is an expensive waste. It won't charge the phone unless it is plugged in.
It does charge the phone (And I assume the extra disk) fast and without removing the box. It won't however charge it there is a magnetic plate added to the cover.
36W charger block is a plus. I'd probably buy it again but not the second disk.
