Great product... but makes annoying noise.

I love everything about this product. However, I can't use it due to a VERY annoying high frequency chirping sound that emanates from the device when a phone is charging on it. It is an unbearable noise.

Not a good charger

It is a pain in the neck. It is slow at charging if you can get it to charge. Unless your phone is PERFECTLY placed on the charging pad (Seriously, you can't be even 1 micron off target), the charging will be interrupted and you have to pick the phone up, wait for it to stop flashing and start again. I think I have been successful at charging completely once or twice out of at least a few dozen attempts.
Also, your picture is misleading. There was only 1 disk sent to me, not 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor battery life

I purchased an Otterspot base and two Otterspot batteries when I purchased my iPhone 12 and now one of the batteries refuses to charge up. The other battery charges to full charge but one of them nothing. When it went, it went all at once, not gradually as I expected a battery to go, which leads me to believe that it is a fault in the battery, not just worn out. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ultra Convenience

The OtterSpot Wireless Charging Base unit has found a permanent home on my desk. It takes up a very small footprint and makes it very easy to top off the charge on my phone. No more fishing for the cable and taking the time to plug in my phone. It is as simple as setting my phone down and the charge begins.
We are a CPA firm and currently we are using the OtterSpot wireless battery in our conference room as a client convenience. In a short period of time we have received great client feedback. So we have decided to add a base station to the conference room so that it is always ready to go. And coupled with the Wireless Battery, more than 1 can charge while we meet.
Excellent product - works well - highly recommend if you are looking to add a little more convenience to your life
