Does not work very well takes forever to find the right spot to charge,and 1/2 the time it doesn’t charge at all very disappointed with this otter box purchase

Hey there Tim! We're sorry to hear about this unusual situation with your OtterSpot Wireless Charging System. Have you checked to make sure that the charger is plugged in correctly? Sometimes you have to readjust the charger to help the connection!
Are you charging your device with one of our cases on? Sometimes we recommend testing to see if the OtterSpot is working by removing our case to see if that solves the problem! If it does not, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269 and we would be happy to hep troubleshoot this issue with you!

Great wireless charging, but when fully charged is only capable for around 10 hrs of charge when separated.

The charging base is great. It's easy to find the center to charge my Samsung Galaxy phone, that has an Otterbox Defender Case, and also my Galaxy buds. I took off 2 stars because I was a bit disappointed in the charger "puck". Even at full charge, it only charged my phone from 20% to 73%. I was hoping it would at least charge it to 85%. Plus, it's a bit heavy, but I had expected it before I got it. It's nice that I can charge both the charger & my phone at the same time.
