This product is one of the best chargers on the market especially if you own an otterbox. I only wish there was a car mount version that I knew would work great with their cases. Sometimes I have to get the positioning just right and make sure that it is turned on when unplugged, otherwise it will not work as intended. The concept however is great. I would definitely recommend this purchase if you own a QI chargeable phone.

Spare battery stopped charging after 2 uses.

I bought the OtterBox package that had the spare battery. The spare battery worked twice and now it won't recharge on the base. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps on the website to no avail. I'm not pleased with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to buy it cause your defender case won’t let me use other wireless charging stations since it’s so thick but it’s a trade off for protecting my phone so while very annoying I felt with it however while your wireless charger does charge my phone just fine the charging speed is very slow!

We're sorry to hear you had some trouble with other wireless chargers while using the Defender Series Case to help keep your device safe from harm. Unfortunately, not all of those are made equally so results can definitely vary, but we're glad the OtterSpot Wireless Charging System is helping to keep things amped up, albeit perhaps not quite as quickly as you had hoped. It might help to make sure any individual puck/battery is fully charged, and also be sure that your Apple/Otter combo is placed in the center of the charger.
