Was happy with it until the spray nozzle broke

I like it a lot, it served many purposes when it comes to wash down but unfortunately, the spray nozzle doesn’t last long before it cracked due to weak designed.
I wish that they sell a replacement nozzles!

WA24C-LTE Spray Nozzle Gun

I had this for a few years, works great. Recently the spray nozzle Gun broke, and I tried to buy a replacement on this website, but can't find it anywhere and I couldn't send the email to help@shopjoe.com, it keeps rejecting my email. PLEASE advise where to buy the replacement spray nozzle Gun. Thank you

Nice idea but needs improvement! The hose over time gets pin holes, the connecter for the hose to latch on sticks way out chance of breaking off. Takes forever to get replacement parts!

I love the washer, but not the sprayer

I love this unit, and I really depend on it for washing my bicycles in cold weather. Unfortunately, as others have said, the sprayer can't seem to handle the pressure, and two pieces of plastic broke just as I pulled the trigger. Mine lasted for over a year. It's a shame as it's well made in every other regard, and it would get 5 stars but for the sprayer. I'll have to see if I can get a replacement part because I don't see any available on the site. I need this washer!

AWESOME PORTABLE WASHER

I bought this because our winters get too cold to keep running water outdoors and when you have a dog you need water clean ups!!! Let me tell you this was THE BEST PURCHASE i have made in a long time. People don't realize this is just a battery operated hose/washer, which by the way is so easy to use, and lets face it you are not going to get the same power as you would with your garden hose but it surely puts out a very nice flow and totally serves it purpose!!!!! This is also an AWESOME machine to take the beach to wash down!!!!!!! WE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT and i cant say enough about it. SOOOOOO happy with my purchase and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I got this product as well as the other kind of washer because the other one has to be used with a water supply close by. Here in Texas, we get really large holes in the ground and seeing as I walk my dogs quite a ways from said water supply, if I don't wet the ground down as far as I walk, I would be falling into those holes everyday.

Terrible Unit

I have had 2 of these. The nozzle breaks easily and can only be repaired or replaced with very propietary part which the company never has in stock. This company will not stand behind their equipment nor help you find a replacement.
