Fragile spray nozzle

The product is very good for the price, 4 of my buddies bought it too for cleaning our mtb’s after a ride. All 5 of us had the same problem the spray nozzle broke after around maybe 10-15 usage,spray nozzle is out of stock and sunjoe decided to send me a brand new unit. I hope sunjoe can make it stronger. What i did when i received the unit was strengthen the spray nozzle with jb weld and hope that this will make it last longer.

Works great until it breaks, and it will

I was very happy with this washer but unfortunately the trigger nozzle broke after about a dozen uses. The nozzle is made from plastic and doesn't seem to be able to handle the pressure from the water pumped through it. The bayonet attachment mechanism just spontaneously broke during use and water started spraying everywhere out of the hose connection. There is a replacement part on the website but it seems like it has been out of stock since forever and there is a long list of people complaining about the same thing in the reviews section. Seems like this is an inevitable problem with this product, it's not a matter if IF your washer will break but WHEN.

Not the same as the older version

This is my second Sunjoe sprayer. The first one worked great (2022 year). The second one appears the same but has much less pressure and less volume of water too. Seems like a smaller motor or something. The video on the website is completely inaccurate in the water pressure that is shown. My new one doesn't get even close to that. The new size is easier to handle and seems better built, other then the spay being weaker etc.

fix for broken nozzel while waiting for replacemen

Love my unit, but just like most people in the reviews, my nozzel broke too. Replaced it a while back, but the new one did the same thing. My husband did fix it for me using JB Weld and it works great! still on the list for when the nozzel comes back in stock tho.

I really want to like this but...

A very nice product when it's working.
My main use is to clean bike/kayak after use as well as giving myself a quick rinse after a day of activity.
As previous commenter have noted the plastic nozzles easily break. This is where the hoses attach to the main unit.
I have had 2 thus far and now the 3rd one has also broke after a few weeks of use.
Sunjoe was very good with replacing the first 2.
Also, on the 3rd unit leaks developed on the underside.
I did not have that issue previously.
I am now in the market for another similar unit.

Race track approved

Works awesome!! We use at the race track for our shower, the only down fall on the design is how you have the portal that stick out to plug hose in. You have to be very careful and not hit cause it will snap off. It happened to our friend and they had to get a new one, just can't replace that part. Other than that works awesome!!
