The Best Shovel Ever!!

This shovel is excellent!! We recently had 8" of snow. This arrived to me the night before. It was very easy to put together, and quality built.
I have Parkinson's, and could no longer use my old shovel another Year. This moved the heavy, wet snow with very little effort. Thank you for making such a quality product!!

Good product - bad instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got to put together and use this for the first time this past weekend. Overall happy with the size / quality of the shovel. The second scoop handle really helps to save my back from straining. The only complaint I have is that the instructions sent with the shovel for assembly were completely wrong. It shows the shaft pieces reversed and bolts in the wrong spots. After much frustration I stopped looking at the instructions all together and just used the photo on the box to reference how to properly assemble.

Lightweight and easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that it would come in a box actually, I had a giggle when it appeared on my door when delivered. I am glad it doesn't need big muscles to put all parts together because I was able to assemble it by myself. It is light and even my 2-year-old daughter could drag it around. This will really be handy in this ridiculous Minnesota Winter. I have only used it on an inch of snow that came this weekend but I could say it really reduce strain on my back unlike my other metal shovel. We usually have 12-20 inches of snow when it gets bad so having this shovel will help me a lot.

I had purchased several shovels last year. They were very easy to assemble. However, when I received this one, I was disappointed because the screws did not fit well and it was difficult to put together. It was also a different color and had a different name on it. If you changed manufacturers I suggest you go back.

Way Too Light Weight

This shovel is way too light weight to be effective. I would not recommend it to anyone, because the tub is light plastic and the aluminum blade at the tip of the tub does nothing to cut through the snow. Unfortunately my good steel shovel broke, so now I'm stuck with this until stores get restocked. I should have read the description more closely, because my sort criteria was aluminum, but little did I know the only aluminum parts are the handle and blade. The whole thing needs to be heavier.

Effective shovel
