Less stress shoveling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this shovel free to try and two days later we got 6 inches of snow! I assembled the shovel the day I got it (very easy to put together). It didn’t stay in the shed long! I was excited to try the shovel because I could tell when I was putting it together that it was sturdy and made of good material. I tried it, I’m 5’2” tall, my son tried it, he’s 5’6” tall and my husband tried it, he’s 5’10”. We all were able to use it without any problems and it was easy on our backs. It made quick work of the shoveling for sure. My husband felt if he was taller than it might be a little awkward to use but it was so great for all of us to use that we’re buying another one!

Ever effective easy to use

I have used it to shovel leaves and can’t wait til the snow gets here to try using it to shovel snow. It is very easy to install as well and it is all metal except for the handles and the scoop that are made from strong plastic. The edge is also metal.

What an amazing difference!!

The handle on the front REALLY helps take the pressure off of your back and arms when lifting a pile of snow to move it. I really didn’t think a handle on the top could make such a significant difference.

The quality is also very nice, I have a feeling this will be used a lot this winter in conjunction with our blower (for bigger snow falls).
Definitely a must have item if you get snow!!

Great snow removal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Snow Joe Ergie Systems ErgieShovel is a great product and I received this free to test for TryIt Sampling. I like how it has two handles to make ease with shoveling and very Ergonomic. It has a good height and a large shaft for shoveling up snow. It is very easy to scoop the snow and use both handles to move snow. It was however very hard to put together, and get bolts in. Once put together it was very sturdy.

Poor edge on shovel

After only 6 or 7 storms the aluminum edge has worm almost completely off. It doesn't look replaceable.

My parents are in their 60’s so I make sure that I shovel all snow for them. This shovel is super awesome! It’s so helpful for my back. That extra handle on the shovel is just perfect!

Good Shovel for Clearing Snow on Sidewalks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good shovel for clearing snow on sidewalks and driveways. It wasn't great at breaking up the ice though. The actual scoop is a plastic that was a little flimsy, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. It was easy to assemble although the instructions were incorrect. It shows the second handle was part of the bottom piece, but it is actually the top piece.
