I bought this for a room that doesn't get air conditioning. It gets really hot in summer months and this unit changes the game. It makes the space useful and cool

It's unpacked and set up. Took about fifteen minutes. Runs as it should when tested. I am leaving feedback before any real use to get my extended warranty.

Item arrived on a Saturday set it up, and package well. I fired it up with no problems. Started cooling immediately, and dropped the room temperature significantly in a short period of time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrating step up

I’ve been wanting/needing an AC for a couple of years now and I finally settled on this one. It works great so far! However the set up process made me literally cry out of frustration. Of course the extender was too big to fit in my window and I couldn’t just use the single panel for my window due to it being too small. Finally I had to RUIN my perfectly good kitchen scissors to sloppily cut the extended panel. It was the worst experience! Once I finally got it to fit into the window, trying to put the hose on the vent to the outside and onto the AC was miserable. I had moved all my furniture around hours prior after my 12hr night shift to make this AC even fit into my living room and go to my window.
The set up needs to be significantly easier because this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
