Great wine cooler!

I love this wine cooler! Plenty of room for borduex style bottles. I also the cooler temperature drawers. Great for white wines and regular beverage storage.

Our Steel Dual Zone Cooling Built-In /freestanding Indoor Wine Cooler Item #4780291 | Model #FWCDR6628-24S is not working properly.
This started roughly 2 weeks ago,, after successfully installing it. I even hired an electrician to review wiring and breaker, all are new and functioning. Please advise on options for me?

Very nice product. Easy to set up. Just missing 2 of the attachments to put the pull handles on the bottom draw.
