Great Wine cooler

It is a great wine cooler. It has great space for for wine and other types of drinks. It do some missing 3 of the bolt pieces needed to attach the handles.

Terrible communication on warranty part repair.

Purchased the unit and shortly there after it proceeded to make a loud rattling sound with the compressor going. The forno technical support agent (Sharon) was quick to get a local appliance repair service to come to the house and look at the issue as it was under warranty. On June 9th, 2 replacement condenser fans were requested and as of today, August 28th...the repair company, (ARS), has not recieved any communicaiton related to the parts ordered, despite a number of follow up emails (to Raphael and Tania, i beleive where the Forno employees referenced). We are still waiting, but I would share I have experienced terrible customer service as the unit keeps annoying the household with its endless rattling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The delivery guys deliver the wine cooler to my basement safe and professionally. However, I found one of the nut is missing for fixing the Handle, I will ask them to send it to me. The cooling is good and fast after starting.

I bought this wine cooler, expecting it to be complete. When we were installing it there were handle screws missing which are important to the cooler.

We built it into cabinetry and it looks and works fantastic. Make sure you contact someone at Forno for the details on installation requirements, measurements etc. They are not always easy to find. Other than that perfect.
