I'm missing two screw caps so I can't attach one of the handles. I've been waiting 9 months and still no screws. Great fridge otherwise

Hi, like many others. I am awaiting a missing part for the handle on my wine fridge. Customer 1-800 defaults to an email that does not get attended too. Unfortunately this has soured an otherwise nice wine fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
