I don’t think it boils much faster than our older kettle, and when I put the kettle on this platform, even when I don’t turn the kettle on as a bright white ring, that’s always on

So far it looks amazing! Excited to brew some tea! The handle is a little thicker than I would like because I have tiny hands and I love that it lights up and shows the temp! Way cool!

fast, but the temperature keeps rising after it turns off

I set the kettle for 160 degrees, it heated up fast, but then the water temp continued rising after it had shut off and before I could pour it into my cup it was already up to 185 degrees. I had to wait for it to cool down
