Doesn't work

Bought this last year and just tried to use it for the first time and it doesn't work. It turns on and the blade spins but as soon as you try to actually move snow with it the blade stops. Doesn't have anywhere near enough power to actually work .

This machine may work on a small deck with an inch or two of light snow, but fails miserably any where else. This is a waste of your money. I also have their electric power washer that works very well.

I have used this product twice and only on an two inches of snow each time. It did a great job and was just what I was looking for. The battery lasted the whole 30 minutes with power to spare. Sure beats a manual shovel!
